stuck at' starting windows' part

I installed a new 500w moserbear Psu nd after installing it my pc just crashes when the 4 dots appear to form the windows 7 logo nd then the windows recovery section appears where i have to choose 1.check for problems(recomended) nd 2.start windows normally.....i tried the first option but it shows that it was not able to find the problem nd says to ahut down the computer.If i choose the second option i.e start windows normally ,it again crashes at the same 'starting windows par'plz remomend me what should i do

Chwck for loose hdd cables. Reconnect hdd molex connector from psu, try another molex conector on the hdd. Sometimes it's a llose or faulty cable.
