Hey guys so I’m in a situations, I recently changed my Mobo from a a320m-HD’s R4.0 to a ASrock b350 fatality gaming k4 and switched my cpu from a ryzen 5 1700 to a Ryzen 7 3700x
The problem is when I install the 3700x I get post, but I’m stuck at the windows loading screen and it’s just does the constant circle. Whenever I put my old cpu in it boots. I thought it could be a Mobo issue so I installed it in my old Mobo and updated bios same thing.
Both mobos have updated bios.
the only thing I could think is could it be a faulty cpu?
My specs
Asrock fatilty b350 gaming k4
GeForce 1660ti
I forgot what power supply it called but it’s a 650w(Sorry not at home at the moment.)

I’m going to try a fresh install of Windows on a new ssd to see if I can get past windows loading but I was hoping if anyone has any insight on this issue?
