Stuck between 2 mobo's

I am stuck between these 2 mobo's.

Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
Asrock H97M Pro4

- Both are the same prices, from where i am buying

- The Gigabyte is rated tier 1 very high quality on the Mobo tier list,
- The Asrock as tier 2 high quality.

- I have checked the websites of Gigabyte and Asrock, and from the websites the Asrock has more features and better quality?

- I dig the blue from asrock,


Any advice on this?

Both are pretty equal quality wise as well as features, if you like the Rock's board better, go for it, either will perform near same

Since both are of equal price then just go with which ever one with features that you need and looks better in your rig.

they both get good reviews. personally out of those two i would go with gigabyte but its basically a personal preference. (if u can get the http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97mplus it is a bit more but it is better quality in my opinion. my friend has this board and he loves it.)
