I've been having intermittent bsods for a few months now and decided to get to the core of the issue. I figured it was a driver, so I tried to run driver verifier. Now it bsods a few seconds after the windows splash screen is replaced with "please wait".
It's happening faster as I write this, not even getting off the splash screen.
What's worse is that I can't boot into safe mode. It goes through the list of loaded drivers, presumably finishes loading them, gets stuck on the attached screen for 30-40 seconds and just turns off.
I'm prepared to do a clean windows install, but I've had this one for a few years and it's just the way I like it!
