Stuck in Splintercell

Hello All, I am stuck!!! I need to meet an agent on a rooftop under a red sign, I have been everywhere but can not find a way onto any rooftop. There is a opening into a sewer system, but it seems to be a dead end.
Can anyone give me a hint where to go to.

Do you mean the sewer system entrance that has loads of works signs around it? If so it is not a dead end. If you go into the sewers look around and there is another tunnel the same as which you came down to get into the sewers that you can climb up, although watch out for the soldiers down there and after you climb up the shaft!
