Stuck in Standard account

I created an admin account using my standard (because it was the original it also had admin abilities) however, the admin account didn't finish loading so it is offered as a possible log in but when I input the password, I receive an error message saying the account is corrupt. I went back to my original account and now I have no admin abilities, and no way to access admin abilities. any thoughts on a fix?

There is a hidden administrator account accessible with cmd. What is your OS?

Windows 10 - never accessed account with cmd.

update- I tried getting into the hidden Admin, but I was denied access, I tried running as admin but sense the admin account is corrupt it denied me access there as well.

If this happened to me, I'd restore from a recent restore point (which I enabled) or a recent full system backup I've made. They've saved my systems more times than I can count.

That was my first thought, but as I require admin privileges to access my restores, and the admin account is corrupt, I have no access.
