Stuck on boot at "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS Setting" message

As said in title, whenever I try to turn on my PC I get stuck at a "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS Setting" message. I can't go into BIOS or anything as my keyboard is not being detected and I can't press anything on it. I was using my computer just fine yesterday, turned it off, went to sleep and when I woke up I got that message.

I made this build around half a year ago and it had been working just fine until this ocurred.
Specs are the following:
- AMD FX 8350
- Asus M5A97 R2.0
- EVGA GeForce GTX 960
- Corsair Vengeance 2x4 GB
- Samsung EVO 850 250GB
- Corsair CX600M

its a usb device most likely causing this, unplug all your usb devices and see if it boots, if it does plug in each one by one, i have seen keyboards usb sticks etc cause this.

once you do get it going flash your bios

I do not have any USB device plugged in while trying to boot up. Only HDMI for display and PS/2 keyboard. I have also tried USB keyboard however that did not work either.

did you try removing the keyboard as well?
