Question Stuck on Gigabyte logo

Brand new pc just built everything today, when I don’t have the win 10 installer usb plugged in it lets me go in to bios setting but after I plugged in the usb it gets stuck on the logo screen. Is this the motherboard’s problem or cpu

I Have the same problem...

Z390 sli
I5 9600k
Gtx1660ti

Window installer on a usb.
Will boot and then have the spinning progress bar, and then freeze.

Yes you will have to update your bios version
Any bios version before F7 will not support the 9th generation. Go to mobo website and download their update on to drive and use q flash to update your bios version
