Stuck on motherboard loading screen

So I was going to start up my computer and it is just stuck on that motherboard splash screen.

are it pass the post screen? if it maybe it hdd/os problem..
has clearing cmos helps?

I had this same problem and I was able to fix it my plugging out some one my external devices (Keyboard, Mouse, External sound card, etc.) and it worked fine after.

I be get this problem before, but that's because I get my usb driver on it,
so it loaded forever because of the usb.

make sure you dont have any dvd or usb in your pc when u turn it on
