[SOLVED] Stuck on this screen without a functioning keyboard/mouse

Hello, I recently have come across a problem, my keyboard won’t let me past the black screen on the first picture, the lights are on and everything, but none of the buttons work, I thought it was a USB problem, so i bought a ps/2 port for the keyboard (on the 2nd picture), but still no luck, at least when i connect with the USB, i can change the colours and toggle the scroll lock button (they light up but with the ps/2 port they dont even work). My specs are: i5-2500, gtx 560ti, power supply tx 650 corsair, keyboard corsair k55 rgb and mouse harpoon rgb. http://imgur.com/a/fTIyHbz

ps2 isnt plug n play connector, pc needs to be off then u can plug ps/2 in
well that screen says your overclock failed, if u got no cpu/ram overclock, u may have hardware issue (probably RAM)

If your keyboard wasn't supplied with that passive PS/2 adapter, then most likely they are not compatible.
