Question Stuggling to update my chipset

Hello

Today I have had an absolute nightmare with my new build PC and had to format, it has literally wiped everything, I am in the process of trying to get stuff back up and running and updating everything but the chipset won't have it.

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI II
The link I am using to go to the downloads for my board is https://rog.asus.com/uk/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z790-a-gaming-wifi-ii/helpdesk_download/

It states this is available
Version 2.2.10001.3
16.72 MB - 2024/09/24

When I download it and extract it to a folder, run the ASUSSetup it runs a short cmd prompt style screen for a few seconds then closes, nothing else happens, I tried running as administrator too.

All my PCI Devices and SM Bus Controller are showing yellow warning signs (!)

Please if anyone can help I am not the most computer and I am struggling big time with this.

Get your chipset drivers from Intel. I use this for Intel drivers.

Hi thanks for your reply, I managed to update via the Snappy Driver Installer, the only one which wont go through is

Intel(R) Quick SPI Host Controller - 7A50 Driver​

The link you provided also fixed the Bluetooth adapter so thanks for that, any ideas what the above driver is?

A bit of looking it looks to be Intel audio.
