Stutter in Minecraft

Hi, i've been having an issue in Minecraft. I have significantly high fps, ranging from 300-600 almost all the time on multiplayer factions servers. However when I try to do something like place a lot of blocks, break a lot of sugar cane, or go to an area with a large base or structure, my fps stays pretty high but i get awful stuttering which makes the game nearly unplayable. I've tried messing with all the settings in minecraft and in my control panel and nothing has seemed to work so far. Here are my specs:

FX-6300 oc to 3.8 ghz
GTX 1050 Ti
1 TB HDD
8 GB Ram
500W PSU
Windows 10

Hello gk712, sorry for the long delay to post a reply, was really busy at work, but now let's see -

Regarding your problem on first image, see if this helps, I've never had this issue in minecraft so I don't really know what that would be..

Now regarding your 2 videos, I didn't really noticed any problem with Disk Usage like crazy jumps or anything from 0% to 99%, and it looks like both CPU and GPU are working in harmony and not the other way around, when i mean "in harmony" I mean that both are working at decent percentage like 30% for GPU and 30 ~ 40% for CPU and not 99% for one and 10% to the other, if that was the case then I would say that you could be suffering from bottlenecking, but I don't think thats the case, also in the first video I've noticed a freeze at 00:19 to 00:20 was that due video recording? Or it was a stutter? And then at around 00:24 to 00:25 there was another little freeze, can you confirm if this is the stuttering you are having?

In the second video I've noticed a fps loss due teleportation and map rendering but that is normal and then a little freeze at 00:23 to 00:24 once again...

The thing is, it doesn't really sound to be a problem with your computer at all because if you notice even when you get these little freezes your fps still remains at around 90 to 112, a really heavy stuttering would occasionally make your fps drop to like 20 or 30 and then jump it back to normal..

Also for some reason now, I can't reinstall optifine. When i click on the jar file simply nothing happens.

Yeah I just got it to work. After resetting my cpu overclock, cleaning my ram, closing out all other tabs, allocating more ram to minecraft, downloading optifine, scanning some of my hdd, I think I got the problem to mostly go away. Every now and then there is a small stutter but It has definitely improved over the past few days. Ill let you know if anything concerning with my pc happens. Thanks for all the help its extremely appreciated !

Sorry to bother you but I keep having so many problems with my PC now I'm just gonna make a new thread and try to fix it. I don't know whats wrong with my pc anymore and I just want to sell it and build a new one but that won't be an easy process.
