Stuttering and pixelations in every game

I recently countered an issue with GTA V stuttering, pixelating and crashing on my new R9 380, but it seems the stuttering and pixelations exist in all games. What the heck is going on? Everything is up to date. I've tested everything except the ram, which I don't think would cause that.

Full system specs:
CPU: FX 8320 @ 4.4Ghz (Very stable)
GPU: Sapphire R9 380 Nitro
RAM: Team Elite 1600mhz 8gb DDR3
PSU: Thermaltake 700w Toughpower
Mobo: MSI 970 Gaming
Hard drive: Samsung 1000gb

Maybe a driver issue? Only thing I can think of besides ram.

Also make sure the card is seated properly, it might have become dislodged.

Make sure the card is not overheating, which would cause throttling and as a result stuttering.

A drive issue is the only thing I could think of, also, but the problem seems kind of extreme to be caused by bad drivers. It is seated properly, and never goes above 60 degrees.

Oh, also make sure all the windows updates are installed.

I was playing Guild wars 2 on a brand new machine with specs more than enough to run like 5 GW2s at the same time, yet there was bad stuttering. Installing all the windows updates solved the problem, forever.

hello op :) at the moment Im having same issue as you :( recently bought msi r9 380 4gb and in games I have stutters that sometimes are annoying.. I tried everything - reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows, turned off windows power saving features, tweaked in game settings, bought new hdd as my old one was pretty worn off, scanned my pc for malwares or viruses - nothing worked :( Im kinda desperate at this point

Well, that makes me feel better. If its common, its probably is just a driver issue.

well catalyst 15.7 drivers are the only ones that support new r9 300 series, so I guess we will have to wait and see, as there is no driver version we can go back to
