S sign2565 Prominent Jan 6, 2018 3 0 510 Jan 6, 2018 #1 I have a i7 7700k and a 1080 ti and i seem to be stuttering in a game that requires barely any usage. i cant seem to find the problem as i tried reinstalling drivers. My friend said to downclock but i dont get the logic behind that.
