Hello, in the last few months I've been experiencing stuttering on my laptop (screen freezes for 1 or 2 seconds frequently). The problem is that now it isn't only happening during games, but even when I'm typing something on google. Its frequency really varies, there are times I don't experience it at all, but sometimes it's unbearable to play. Here's an screenshot from my task manager 2seconds after the stutter happened (it's in portuguese but I think you can understand)

Additionally, could this be caused by high temperatures? Because I've monitored my CPU temperature on MSI Afterburner and the max temperature registered was 98 celsius degrees, but I don't think that causes the problem. Anyway, I already tried defragmenting both my SSD and HDD, already cleaned laptop fans, already updated my graphics drivers (only with GeForce Experience, I didn't use any other apps such as Driver Booster) and I also checked my HDD for badblocks by using HDD Scan and HDTuner and both programmes said it was fine. Based on the screenshot above, I assume it's my SSD, but again, I ain't no expert. To give you more information, here are my laptop specs:

This is a guess, but maybe run a memory diagnostic on the RAM?
I have had a stuttering PC from a Samsung EVO 960 SSD, with no indication of it having any issues. I had it replaced and it ran fine.
So I'd test it with another SSD, if you have one.
