stuttering in crysis 3 on gtx 960

My specs:
core i3 2120
intel dh61ww(something like this)
gtx 960
8gb ddr3 ram

resolution: 1366x768

fps drops and stuttering occurring in the grassy area, why is this happening? I am getting around 25-30 fps on NVidia shadowplay
I saw a video on youtube and there crisis 3 runs smoothly around 40 fps.

Try using Geforce experience to set the best settings, it should switch off any which will highly impact performance.

lower the settings if needed. also, theirs might have a better setup (or just cpu) than yours.
