Stuttering in csgo and Battlefield 1

I play csgo and battlefield 1, for a while i have been experiencing game braking stuttering, especially in bf 1 Stuttering/fps drops happen constantly, they are few seconds apart from each other. Link to bf 1 frametime graph: https://ibb.co/cSNn4o Ingame graphics settings dont have any impact on fps drops. I have done recent reinstall of windows, updated my drivers and googled around this issue, but it still persists. Temperatures are not the problem, my cpu is about 60 degrees when gaming and gpu in 65 degrees.

My pc specs are:
I7-4790 (stock clocks)
14gb ram (i have allready run memtest overnight)
Rampage Iv gene motherboard
Msi rx480 gaming x
120gb ssd as boot drive and 480gb sd as game storage.

Wise members of tomshardware please point me to right direction and help me solve this problem.

I was able to diagnoce this problem. Turns out my gpu is faulty. I tried playing with my brothers gpu and all issues are gone.
