Stuttering in most of my games

So I manage to buy a fairly new rig, couple months ago and I managed to play quite a few titles (both recent and some old ones), like: TEW2, RE7, Mass Effect Andromeda, COD Black Ops 2 etc.
And I'm getting stuttering in most of my games. I tried to lower graphics on most of my games like The Evil Within 2 etc. And I managed to have a less stuttery experience when the games were maxed out. I'm getting really mad at this, I don't bother having stutter when streaming new textures, loading new areas etc. I'd really love to find some answers to this..

I'll leave my pc specs in here:
GPU: NVIDIA 1050 TI MSI OC
CPU: Intel I5-7400 3.0 Ghz Turbo 3,5Ghz
8Gb Ram DDR5 (Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4-2400MHz CL16 )
1 HDD 2TB (WD BLUE)
1 SSD (SAMSUNG 250GB)

I have the exact same issue but I use a GTX 1080. I haven't had any issues until this week. I've tried a bunch of different games just to see if it was a certain one. All my games have screen tearing and stuttering. Not sure what to do.
