Question Stuttering problem :/

Hi everyone, recently I upgraded my CPU to a Ryzen 7 5700G, and I noticed when I see a video (like a twitch stream) every few seconds the FPS drops (the video got lag), and when I play games I got stuttering every 15/20 seconds after 5/10 minutes playing, I don't know what is causing this...
Temperatures of the GPU while gaming are 60°C max, same with the CPU.
I noticed when stuttering the GPU Clock down from 1350MHz to 300MHz for a second...

PC Components:
Ryzen 7 5700G
RX 570 (8 GB) ASRock
16GB Ram 2400MHz Corsair
MSI A320M-A PRO
Corsair CX 550W

According to Userbenchmark you don't have 2x16GB. And no, 2400 MT/s is terrible slow for Ryzen.
