Question Stuttering RX 5700 XT Gigabyte

My GPU (RX 5700 XT Gigabyte) recently has been stuttering in every game possible.I opened Adrenaline (version driver 22.5.2 ) to see what was happening and still haven’t found the problem.
Note the GPU performance when running Fullmark.
obs, I recently changed my ryzen 3800x to 5900x
My setup :
Motherboard - Asus tuf 570x plus
CPU- Ryzen 9 5900x
Memory - G.skill 3600mhz
Power supply - Riotoro Enigma 850W, 80 Plus gold

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?

You forgot to mention the OS you're working with. Try uninstalling your GPU drivers using DDU, then manually reinstall your GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. Make sure you're working the latest drivers sourced from AMD's support site.

HI, bios version 4403 , S.O , windows 11 in your last update, I already uninstalled and installed new drivers, all correctly, but still no success.

before changing the processor I didn't have this problem, it started after changing.
