Stuttering Sound on youtube since windows 10

Hello

Since Windows 10, i am getting stuttering audio while streaming on youtube, all drivers are up to date and i also done a clean install of windows 10 but the issue still persists. It is the same accross all browsers aswell. It is only while streaming, local audio is fine through players such as VLC. Really out of ideas as to what it could be. It is starting to drive me nuts, if anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.

I will add a bit more information. it is a HP pavilion dv7, i have updates to the latest drivers using driver booster. I have noticed it only seems to do it when i am connected to 4g wifi using an EE Mifi device.

Which one? Osprey 2, Osprey 2 mini, Buzzard 2 or Huawei E3533 Mobile WiFi Dongle << need to know so I can figure out if there is a known cause.
