Question Stuttering while chrome is running in the background

So when chrome is running in the background with a stream or a video my game starts getting mini stutters like every 1min or something now ive pretty much done everything DDU drivers update them got even new hardware (cpu and a gpu) now i been thinking will switching chrome which is on my ssd to my hdd help? For reference my pc specs are:
CPU:5900x
Gpu:3060ti
Motherboard:MSI B550 Tomahawk
The game that this mostly happens on is Rainbow Six Siege

Chrome is a ram hog.
How much ram do you have?
16gb may not be enough.

You are probably hitting a ram bottleneck. I would just switch to opera gx

3600mhz 32gb

Weird i just upgraded the ram to a 3600mhz from 3200mhz 32gb even before the upgrade i had this issue

I would try a different browser. Maybe its internet? live streams take a lot of internet it seems.

I dont think its that i got 1000 download and 300 upload i think maybe i gotta overclock my cpu or my gpu might be downclocking im not rubber banding etc and this issue only happens in rainbow six siege other games cod etc are perfect. Also my bios maybe i need to update that i have a 2021 bios version
