I'm experiencing a lot of stutterings with a good config
Ryzen 5 2400g
Rx 580 4gb Gygabyte
Hyperx fury 8gb 2400mhz
Gygabyte a320m-HD2
CX 500 corsair
i can't play any game with constantly 60 fps, I'm experiencing stuttering in every game that i play, i have tried everything in bios, but nothing works, reinstall drivers with DDU, set clock on BIOS but NOTHING stops the stuttering WHAT CAN I DO?

is your RAM configured in dual channel? Also with 8gb you may run out of memory if you have too many background tasks open which would result in stuttering. What about temps and usage on CPU. GPU and RAM?

Most likely the slow single channel RAM. You should get 16gb of 3000+ MHz memory. Running 2400Mhz Ram compared to 3200Mhz decreases your performance quite a bit. And running only a single stick decreases it even further on top of that.
