Question Stutters and High Frametime - F0rtnite - DX11

High I have been getting fps stutters and high frametimes when playing f0rtnite making it unplayable in some scenarios. I play on DX11 performance mode with all settings set to low. I have recorded two recorded stats from Riva Stats with one at uncapped fps and one with 80fps capped with Riva Stats.

My specs are:
Intel E5-1650v0 Xeon
GTX 1650
16gb or DDR3 RAM at 1600mhz
Windows SSD
HDD which f0rtnite is running on

How full and how old is your HDD? I just wouldn't have games running of an HDD.

Its only 1 year old. I would put it on my SSD however it only has 128GB which is mostly used by windows.
