Question Stuttery Windows 10 Boot screen Circle with Samsung 850 EVO

Hi, my SSD has this issue for a few month. I couldn't be able to solve it. I tried Secure Erase, clean installation of windows 10, also tried it on a different motherboard. Secure erase and formatting the drive seems to solve the issue for a few days but it happens shortly after. The SSD was converted from MBR to GPT. Please help.

How full is the drive?
Most SSDs need at least 20% free space or they get slow.

There is currently 46.3 GB free space available but the problem also happens even if there is much more free space. The drive is 500GB

As of now you have about 10% free space. NOT GOOD.
If you check windows defrag and optomize it will probably show up red.
20% of a 500gig drive is about 92-95 gig after formatting. (100 before formatting).

Try freeing up more space and run trim on the drive.
