Hi,

I am looking to get a $100 gaming pc.

Saw the deal above on ebay for Dell optiplex which costs around $46. For the graphics card,
I was thinking of getting a GT 720 ($35 on ebay).

My only worry is that whether the GT 720 would work with this Optiplex 755 SFF or not in terms
of PCI and power supply connections. Can anybody help me resolve this.

Thanks.

GT 720 only eats up 19 watts, and from:http://www.dell.com/us/dfb/p/optiplex-755/pd , it looks like you'll have enough room to install it. My recommendation is that you save up a bit more cash and get yourself a budget $200-250 rig.

Thanks for your reply.

I am looking to get a quad core machine for $100 (link below)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hp-Compaq-dc7900-Intel-Core-2-Quad-Q8400-2-66GHz-4GB-250GB-GE2977-/381316161019?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item58c836ddfb

Can you suggest me a good NVIDIA graphics card for the above desktop. (I want to stick to NVIDIA because of CUDA)

Low end: GT 720 High End: 750 Ti. You'll be limited to low profile GPU's, as those compact cases don't have traditional layouts.
