Sub $680 gaming rig

Hey I am relatively new to pc building and I was wondering if I could get any ideas/feedback on a sub $680 (I know kind of a weird number).

Approximate Purchase Date: 1-2 weeks

Budget Range: sub $680 before rebate

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, YouTube (games like Crysis 2, skyrim, battlefield 3, borderlands, mw2)

Parts Not Required: Moniter, keyboard, mouse, speakers, disk drive

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: amazon + newegg

Country: U.S

Parts Preferences: stuff that works 😀

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: maybe

Monitor Resolution: no idea

Additional Comments: I would like to play the previously mentioned games on at least high settings.... and thx for any help 😛
