Subdirectory permissions all messed up

I use an older unsupported CAD program that was designed for XP running on W7. It runs fine, but I've found that when I try to delete it that one of the folders has all of its subdirectories permissions all messed up. I see that all 143 subdirectories do not have the typical Administrator, SYSTEM, and other owners. They only have two owners, each are a very long string of alphanumerics. When I try and edit any of the permissions of these subdirectories I get permission denied, even though I have admin rights.

I want to delete these 143 subdirectories but I can't seem to do anything to them.

How can I fix this situation?
