[SOLVED] Sudden FPS Drops in games

I've been playing Mordhau and Battlefront 2 for awhile. I've had no FPS issues at all, but suddenly this week I'm having some issues. Every time I go into the bigger battles my frames drop to 10-20. I didn't have this problem at all but now I am and I don't understand why.

RAM:
16 GB

Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Operating System:
