Question Sudden FPS drops ?

I recently purchased a gaming laptop Asus tuf a15 ryzen 9 5900hx rtx 3060 , it works fluently without any problem but suddenly i m facing a random fps drops while playing games from 120 to 20 or 10 or lower sometime like 4 , i first thought it could be thermal throttling as sometimes my CPU temperature hit 90°c ,so i try to undervolt the cpu now temperature are under 70 but still facing the issue,the drops happens in every 10 to 20 minutes for 2to 3 sec ,i know 3 sec is not so high time but still it is very annoying as it is a brand new laptop, i tried all software related solutions like updating driver,even resetting the windows but still problem occurs

what the ram and ssd usage?
how full is the ssd?

I have been told its my GPU and i think its getting high in temps but im not even really sure what high is.
