Question Sudden Freeze and laggings

Hello guys,

I recently renewed my computer and installed it. Unfortunately I am experiencing fps drops in games. Sometimes micro lags but sometimes I get 0 fps all of a sudden. The mouse seems like it's a slug and it's extremely annoying. My bios and drivers are up to date. XMP is turned off, but I manually set my ram to 3600mhz. This gets worse when XMP is turned on.

My system:
CPU: Intel i7-12700KF
Memory: Hyperx Fury 16GB (2x8GB) 2666Mhz CL16
Motherboard:MSI B660M BAZOOKA DDR4
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
PSU: 750W 80+ Internal PSU (Cooler Master H500 ARGB Case)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Do you mean upgrading the system? if so, what did you upgrade the system with? A before and after of your specs would help us two fold if you did end up performing an upgrade on your build. Please use this template to list your specs;
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Please include the age of the PSU, apart from it's make and model. How are you cooling that processor?

PSU: 750W 80+ Internal PSU (Cooler Master H500 ARGB Case)
750W is the advertised wattage of the unit, while 80+ is the advertised 80+effiiency rating of the unit. The Coolermaster case you've stated doesn't show to come with a PSU out of the box/from the factory/Coolermaster doesn't have an SKU for a case with a PSU bundled.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I was talking about upgrading the system. My PSU is 2 years old. I use liquid cooler (Cooler Master Master Liquid ML240L V2) to cool the CPU. This is my previous and current system.
