Something is seriously wrong with my computer. I usually play with everthing maxed out and I get around 40-60 fps. But lately all of sudden the frame rate drops to 1 for a few secounds and than pops back to its usual fps. This also happens when I´m using adobe premiere. The video exports fine but the vewier sometime gets clanky (Could the two frame rate drops be related?). This usually happens near a cross-disolve. I´m also getting BSOD, usually when runnig a game or right after I´ve finished running a game. I aslo get wierd textures while runing a game (not all game only Blacklist and Assasain´s creed IV), usually when its running on directx 11.

I´ve run test on the ram (just in case) and there where zero errors. I´ve cheched a diagnostic on the Hard Drive (also just in case) it was heathy. I´ve checked the clock frecuency while runing a game, the Boost is a little above averege but a I heard that that´s fine. I run Anit-virus scan it found some viruses, that´s it, things didn´t get better. I´m runnig Malware scan right now, I´ll update that latter...

Well, any help will be apreciated... I´ll leave my specs...

Until recentlly the temps of the GPU where 33c-50c (30 when idle... 50 under load)... And the ones for the Cpu where around 35c-40c when idle... But I just Restarted my machine (got a blue screen of death while I restarted) and when it started up again my Gpu is workiing 99% with no games on... the Cpu is working around 14%-20%... when its usully around 5%- 10%... and its temps are around 50c... Its just wierd...

I just turned restarted the computer with the ethernet cable unplugged... Didn´t get a peak in the GPU or the CPU... did it again with the ethernet plugged in this time everthing peaked... So I guess I have to reformormat the machine...

Once the program has it's work unit(s) (or whatever it's called in bitmining), the computer can run that autonomously - no connection needed but, it seems that it does need the connection in order to get the work and (of course) to report.

This is correct. If someone stole your computer for bit-mining, they only need to connect to it once. All their money/ code/ whatever will be stored on your computer and they can re-connect whenever they please to take it. No constant internet connection is needed.

Sooooo... I reinistalled windows, but I´m still having trouble with the Blue Screen of Death... it usually happens when the gou is stressed... like when playing games... or the other time a tried out bitmining and my comoputer crashed twice... could something be wrong with the card?
