*Edit: I decided to try replacing the GPU and ordered a 4060rtx. So what if I still don't get video output? What should I do next?

MOBO: Aorus Pro ax B550i (replaced the prior Aorus x570 mobo)
Ram: Corsair Vengeance
CPU: AMD 5600x
GPU: Nvidia 1080 GTX
PSU: Redragon 750 (replacing the prior nzxt 650w)

System ran fine for three years using an Aorus x570 mobo. Then one day I power it on and no video. All lights and fans ran but just no output. Since then I have replaced the MOBO with the one listed in my specs. I replaced the PSU, upgrading from 650w to 750w. Then I replaced the HDMI cable to TV. I have also taken it all apart and cleaned all connections. After I swapped the MOBO and PSU, the only difference I noticed is that I cannot power it down by holding the power button, so I don't know what that means. My MOBO has Qflash usb but have not tried to update it. I did try to use it on the prior MOBO but the Qflash led light would not light up...that's why I thought my bios failed but if it was the CPU that failed, would that also cause that issue? So if the Qflash on new mobo doesn't light up either then it's probably CPU ya think?

My cpu has no video chip so I don't have any way of testing either CPU or GPU. What symptom of a failed GPU or CPU should I expect? The GPU fans and led lights work fine, should I try replacing the CPU first? Any other suggestions are appreciated, thanks.
