Question Sudden PC Crashes (requires a discharge to turn on)

My PC shuts down suddenly when I play games with heavy graphics (CS2, Delta Force, sometimes DotA2). It just shuts down, while my peripherals' light (mouse, keyboard) still on. However, to turn my PC back on, I need to unplug my PC's power cable, hold the PC's power button for a couple of seconds until the peripherals' light turns off (to discharge the PC), after that I can replug the power cable and turn it on.

I have stress tested my RAM and CPU (so both unlikely to be the cause?).
After replacing my boot SSD the problem was gone for several weeks.
Home's Grounding and using UPS didn't solve it.

Windows Event Viewer says:
Error: The previous system shutdown at 4:03:46 PM on ‎4/‎22/‎2025 was unexpected.
Critical: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Any suggestion on what I should do? I want to make sure which component is causing the problem before using the warranty.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: ASUS TUF NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
RAM: 2 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600MHz 16-20-20-38
MoBo: ASRock B450M Steel Legend
PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold GX-750 750Watt 80 Plus Gold
Cooler: THERMALRIGHT Phantom Spirit 120 SE
Case: Cube Gaming AXEL (SAMA IM01)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The first order of business, IMHO, would be to source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built higher wattage unit from a friend or neighbor and see if the system maintains functionality beyond what you've stated above, when taxed with a game.

However, to turn my PC back on, I need to unplug my PC's power cable, hold the PC's power button for a couple of seconds until the peripherals' light turns off (to discharge the PC), after that I can replug the power cable and turn it on.
This might indicate a grounding issue on your system/wall outlet if you're having to discharge the system, to allow it to power up again.

After replacing my boot SSD the problem was gone for several weeks.
Did you install the OS in offline mode? manually installing all drivers in an elevated command?

MoBo: ASRock B450M Steel Legend
BIOS version for your motherboard?

PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold GX-750 750Watt 80 Plus Gold
How old is your PSU?

1. I don't have any means to borrow a PSU with higher wattage, my friends have lower wattage PSU (650watt or lower)
2. My outlet used to have grounding issue, but I have already fixed it (my metal framed keyboard doesn't shock anymore). At first it seemed the problem went away but recently it has been happening again.
3. I installed windows 10 os in offline mode, and after booting in I used windows update to install any updates
4. BIOS version of my ASRock B450M Steel Legend is P4.60
5. My PSU was bought around July 2021, so it'd be almost 4 years (warranty of 10 years)
