Sudden reboot problem

I have got a unknown problem of my W2k machine. Almost every time when I shut down the media player which have played a WMV movie clip file, my W2k machine will get a sudden reboot. Does anybody meet this problem before, or have any idea to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

O/S: W2k Advanced Server (SP4)
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 1900+
Media Player: 7.1 and 9.0

try updating media player on the ms site and vid drivers.
