Suddenly all games running slow

As the title states, all of my games have started to run slow. I got a 1440p monitor about a week ago, set up my games so they would run smooth and now I am getting 20-30 fps on games I was getting 60 on. My CPU and GPU temps have been fine, so no thermal throttling. Scanned my PC with Webroot and Malwarebytes. Some games I play are Rocket League, War Thunder, and Garry's Mod. Any Help would be appreciated.

So it turns out my drivers were corrupted, so anyone in the future reading this, make sure you do a full uninstall and reinstall of your drivers.
