Suddenly i have 2 OS's on my c drive??

So the other day i accidentally stuck the wrong usb into my rig, it turned out to be my windows server 2012 usb, i saw it as no issue as it wouldn't do anything would it? well next time i restarted the pc (with the usb out of the computer) i was greeted with a windows option screen asking if i wanted to boot windows 10 or windows server installer. it isn't that beg a deal but i was wondering how in the heck i am gonna get rid of it other than wiping the drive and doing a fresh install.

You can remove unnecessary boot entries with msconfig.
