I ended all windows unrelated tasks and ran a benchmark but got the same results. Its probably because my old motherboard cant handle the speed and maybe because im using an old SATA port.
I have tried plugging in my gtx 750 ti and downloaded the right drivers and i still got the gpu usage drops which caused stutters in the game menu, but after entering the game i got a stable 45 fps with no stutters. The cpu here was not at 100 percent usage it was about 50. I still got stutters in sons of the forest but i dont think the 750 ti was meant to run that anyways. I obviously played on the lowest settings and still had the issue. Is there a way to know if my psu could be causing this or not?
Now i plugged the rtx 3060 back in and the menus lag alot on cod, and the cpu usage is really high. I am still playing on the same settings as the 750 ti. It does not make sense how on the same settings the cpu could handle it well with 750 ti but not now

Hi.
did you find a solution? i have a similar problem. warzone 2 is totally unplayable but rainbow six siege is all fine except long loading time(40sec). first 5 minuets in hogwarts legacy is unplayable but after that i get almost stable fps but there is micro stutters. i tried lots of ways to fix like reinstalling windows or updating a new vga bios and updating drivers and reseting bios but none of them worked. I think the problem is the hard drive ...
