pc:
os: windows 10 pro
processor: i7 2600
ram: 12gb 1333mhz
graphics card: GTX 650 ti OC Asus
MOBO: PEGATRON 2AB5
so my problem is: i always play gta 5 en high settings 60 fps, sometimes i did had the issue: my pc will suddenly cap at 34 fps, it doesnt go higher. ill restart my pc and the bug was away. but now its just stuck! my cpu is idle at 25 degress celsius so thats not the problem, my GPU is idling at:27 degrees celsius, so not very hot. i OC'd my GPU by +145 mhz core clock, +50 memory clock, i overclocked it with MDI Afterburner 4.2.0 fan speed is wuite normal too. so idk whats going on please help me!
thing ive tried: lower settings to medium : no diffrence, changed resolution lower made a diffrence! but i ALWAYS have played on 60 fps 1080p now to get that i need to jump to 720p and that doesnt look good on my monitor (1080 Acer 24 inch)
im new so uhh. i have never used this before
