[SOLVED] suddenly my wifi selection went missing in my acer R3-471 series

i had been using my lap without any issue . One day wifi connection suddenly stopped. though connections were available it again stopped. then i found in network connection window the wifi selection was missing. i went to device manager and cheked the divers and gave the drive updates,but not working.
please help me to get my wifi back.
please note that i am a poor person. i cant by softwares. this laptop is a gift to me.

i. think it has come with wifi .I am sorry I do not know exactly since this lap was gifted
