Question suddenly pc shutdown and doesnt start

suddenly pc shutsdown then doesnt start ... this happens randomly



i have to wait for an whole hour or 30min after reset of cmos then it starts



or else it just starts and then in an instant power goes off



This happened today when i started playing dota then again after few hours i started playing games it was working!



so i shutdown the pc .. then in 15min i start the pc it does the same " it just starts and then in an instant power goes off "



faulty psu?

motherboard?

ram? gpu?

Why do I have to wait an whole hour just to start the pc? If I try starting it as soon as it shutdowns it just blinks and shutdown: even after 15-20min same but after an hour it starts normally then sooner or later it shuts down again

check cpu/motherboard temp?

after shut down, did you try unpluging the power outlet, for 30 sec, plug it back in, and then restart?

could be motherboard or psu failing.

Today morning I started pc kept playing dots nothing happens kept CPU and GPU at stress test nothing happens normal temps then I normally did a shutdown to check it will start or not and it didn't start just light blinks and power off what is going on I seriously don't get it
