suddenly power off

hi. i am using lenovo b490 lap. yesterday i changed my processor intel Pentium to i3. 250gb hard disk, 2Gb ram.(DDR3). now my lap was suddenly power off in 30min. what can i do. pls help me sir.

Hi,

Does it shut down even if it's connected to that charger of your laptop? If it's shutting down if it's just running on battery that means it's the battery that is faulty. Do remove the battery and boot it up with just the AC adapter and observe if it will still shut down. If will still shut down with just the AC adapter connected try another charger first with the same voltage and see if the same problem will persist because if it does that means it's a hardware problem. Do also install the latest BIOS update from Lenovo's Support site and see if that will solve the issue.
