Suddenly super low fps in games

Hello Guys
my PC specs are
Intel core I3 2120 @3.2 GHz
RAM 4gb ddr3
Geforce gt 9600 1GB
i know my pc is really bad but i used to get 80-120 FPS in LOL on very high settings. one day my pc had some loud noises when i turned it on, it continued for 5 minutes and then stopped i got 5-10 FPS in LOL. i got my settings on very low and changed LOL ingame resolution on 1366x768 and i get 30-60 fps. i get low fps in every game . but my pc seems to work fine e.g youtube,facebook,twitch.tv everything works fine but not games like saints row 3, csgo , LOL . i've tried updating my gpu drivers and i still get the same problem can i get some help ?

install GPU-Z, open the sensor page, check what temperature the GPU is getting to, maybe the fan has broken on it causing the bad performance due to overheating.

Its 49 C but my pc has been on for 5 hours and i have everything opened up

How about the CPU temps?

i checked in speccy
CPU 49C
GPU 49C (jumps to 51 C sometimes but comes down quickly)
storage 42C

Both cpu and gpu are the same temp? Thats kind of weird. Run a game then check the temp while the game is running (give it a few minutes of running then ALT-TAB back to desktop to see temp).

i played some LOL for 5 minutes and .... after i closed my opera tabs (twitch yt reddit)
My CPU came down to (42-45)C
my GPU is on (48-50)C
and storage 41 C

Hmm, not overheating then.

Have you tried plugging the monitor into the motherboard and see if you get the same issue with the integrated graphics? Im assuming you have the monitor plugged into the graphics card at the moment.

yes its plugged in GPU ill post right after i check everything with integrated graphics

I tried plugging my VGA cable to the motherboard but my monitor didnt even turn off....

Have you tried plugging the monitor into the motherboard and see if you get the same issue with the integrated graphics? Im assuming you have the monitor plugged into the graphics card at the moment.

You will need to go into BIOS first and enable integrated graphics

everything stays the same
although im getting 10 fps more... 30-70 it never got higher than 60 yet
