Suggest a cooler for me

Okay so im building a pc around a i5 6600k and I need a CPU cooler that is smaller than 156mm in height so that it will fit in my case, I would like decent overclocking headroom whilst the cooler cannot be intolerably loud.

I've heard good things about the 145 mm tall Cryorig H7. It's supposed to be as good as the 212 EVO. Read the reviews and buy it if you find them acceptable.

If you're really concerned with noise, I believe an H80i would work great, and its only $60
