Suggest a graphic card

I am using an Intel G41 express chipset and I am planning to buy a Good graphic card for gaming by this new year so please suggest me a good graphic card.

OS : Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
Processor : Pentium(r) Dual core 2.80 Ghz
RAM :4 GB DDR2 RAM
Resolution: 1600*900
Budget :Rs:3000 to 4500

Your probably in India because the currency is RS, not to good with that but anyways the CPU is a dual core and its not really recommended for gaming Quad Cores are, I think you have the LGA 775 socket so you should do a CPU upgrade like the Core 2 Quads, Q6600 good for overclocking, Q9550 and Q9650 are really good for gaming, if you dont want to upgrade you CPU it will be difficult choosing a GPU and it wont be worth it because its going to be old and wont perform well so go for a CPU upgrade first.

An E8400 is better for most games than any similar generation quad core and can be had on eBay for ~$30-40 these days and is more than enough to run most high-end games (though yes, it'll still be a bottleneck when paired with a newer video card).

OP: If you can, upgrade to this (E8400), buy a decent cooler (ex: Cooler Master Hyper 212+/Evo runs around $30 and you can still use it when you get a better computer) and you can overclock the CPU to somewhere around 3.8 GHz easily. Even without a cooler, you can still run it without any overclocking with the Intel Cooler you already have.

As for a video card... I'd go for an AMD 7750. $75, doesn't require any power supply connectors and decent enough to run older games, or new games at low settings.

If getting a new system is out of the equation, I think getting a GTX 650 from Nvidia, or the newest R7 260 from AMD look viable options.

OTHER:
1. Do NOT get a card with more than 1GB of memory. You have 32-bit Windows which can only address 4GB which includes your Video an System RAM. So if you got a 2GB card you'd have about 1.8GB left of your 4GB installed. With a 1GB card you'll have 2.8GB which is much better.

2. POWER SUPPLY?
Any half decent card will require at least a 6-pin PCIe connector (HD7750 or better).

It's really not a "good" gaming card at all, however your budget doesn't support anything better.

*If you look around for OLDER games, or even newer ones that aren't too demanding there are some really great games out there but don't try to play any of the demanding ones like Far Cry 3 etc.

You can try getting DEMOS from Steam. Examples of older games to try are DEUS EX (#1), Call of Duty #1, Left For Dead etc. There really are a lot if you look around.
