Only need HDMI to be used as HTPC 1080p/Web Browsing, (and low end games if possible), no GPU needed.
Already have 2 external HDD 1TB

It will be used as primary PC until I can afford something around $600, rigth now I'm using a laptop without display on my 42' HDTV

I was considering an AMD A6 then a Intel G3258, and a i3

Solution

BA nailed it

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't using external HDD as boot device is risky? (I mean, if the cable ever get disconnected while on use, if the external HDD fall and things like these?

This would be nice:

The B150 chipset gives you quite a bit of I/O upgrades over the H110:

and the PSU should make it easy to slide in a Nano (or whatever) and i5 down to the road for $600.

EDIT: If you need a boot volume, just drop RAM back for now to get a decent SSD:

but honestly for just a hold you over you are better off getting an intel atom based box that has windows 10 (lite?) on it. you can play basic smart phone games on it and it will handle streaming without issue. they have 4k capable boxes out there as well. $150 i think with a w10 license.
