Suggest mother board for folling components

Hi friends
i am not able to chose my mother board and power supply with following components
1. Asus gtx 950 oc (graphic card)(http://www.amazon.in/Asus-GTX950-OC-2GD5-ASUS-GTX-950-O...)
2. AMD AM3+ FX 6-Core processors 3.5 ghz
3.corsair vengeance 8gb ddr3 (ram)
4.circle cabinet (cabinet)
5. Seagate barracuda

Please suggest motherboard and power supply please

PC part picker has a compatibility checker which will definitely tell you if your cpu and or gpu will work with the motherboard probably ram as well. There are a few power supply calculator sites which will give you a rough estimate of your wattyage. Remember though, you don't want to match this value, (i.e) if your power draw is given as around 400W a safe bet is to get a 500-600W psu

Any MB with 990 chipset will be compatible with all that.
PSU, a good make of about 650W.
