what type of games are you looking to play, with what type of in-game settings, at what resolution, etc.

At only €92, you're going to have to ignore anything outside of Serbia. Your best bet is to look locally.

Older business/workstation laptop with a discrete GPU, possibly, but doubtful. Certainly 2nd - 4th gen Intel business laptops around that price available pretty much everywhere. Integrated Intel graphics isn't amazing, but there are thousands of old games that they can run effectively.

Below minimum price for a gaming desktop that might still be in usable shape. Just not the sort of thing to be up for sale.
