Question Suggestion For CPU Cooler

I just recently upgraded my cpu to an i9-9900kf 8 cores. I'm using the stock cooler, but i've noticed it runs pretty loud at many times, which concerns me. Just wanted suggestion for a CPU cooler, i was thinking the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black.
what i have:

• MSI Z390-A PRO ATX LGA1151 motherboard
• Rosewill 450 W 80+ Bronze
• rtx 3060
• Cooler Master MasterBox MB520 ARGB ATX Mid Tower Case

I'm planing a new build at the moment, with AMD 5950x tho, going for Noctua chroma black there.
Have a Noctua in my current workstation which replaced an Enermax liquid cooler and it works perfectly for a 1900x threadripper in a mid case.
