Suggestion on motherboard for Intel Core i5-4690K that has great sound

Hello all, I am looking for a suggestion on a mother board. I am planning on using Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor in my build. I want something with great audio, or I may buy an external amp and dac. Was planning on using Audioengine A5+ Powered Book Shelf Speakers, and a pair of high end heahphones.

I'm also planning on running dual 4k displays, with the integrated graphics and then EVGA GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card.

IMHO, it doesn't really matter what board you pick. I guess all of them have good/great on board audio with multiple jacks, it all depends now on what speaker/head phone system you'll use.

I would suggest using a 6600k and a better gpu like a gtx 950 instead.
If you want good sound get a dac or a dedicated sound card.
